The successful candidate’s role will consist of but is not limited to :
- Prospecting
- Obtaining listings of properties for sales
- Negotiating Sales
- Preparation of sales contracts
- Conducting home inspection for listed properties
- Arranging and overseeing inspections
- Seeking out and introducing buyers
Skills and Experience ;
- 2-3 years Residential Sales Experience
- Ability to work autonomously
- Results driven
- A hunger and passion for sales
- Current QLD real estate registration
- Excellent presentation and customer service skills
- Reliable vehicle and current driver’s licence
