I want to thank you for looking after our lease of 85 Sharpless Rd, Springfield, over this past year. The tenants were excellent, and we were sorry we had to sell the house.
Our rental payments didn't cover our loan payments, so as we are retired we decided to sell, and it sold within the week, which was amazing.
